Can Vaping Cause Nosebleeds ?

The NHS treats recurring nosebleeds as a routine ENT presentation: most are benign and easily managed, but persistent bleeding can indicate other causes (clotting issues, blood pressure, structural problems) that benefit from assessment.
How to prevent vape-related nosebleeds practically
Five practical changes. 1) Exhale through the mouth, not the nose. Easiest and most effective single change. 2) Stay hydrated: drink at least 2 litres of water daily. 3) Use saline nasal spray (over the counter at any UK pharmacy) once or twice daily to restore nasal moisture. 4) Run a humidifier in your bedroom or main room, particularly in winter or with central heating. 5) Reduce PG ratio if your kit allows: refillable kits let you choose 70/30 or 80/20 VG/PG blends that are much less drying than the typical 50/50 in prefilled pods. Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly inside the nostrils if dryness persists despite these changes.
