Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping & Delivery Confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email immediately, please be assured that your items will be delivered within the estimated time frame provided. Note that orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. If additional information is required to complete your order, we will contact you via email.
We deliver to Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside these regions.
All deliveries are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class postage. Delivery times may vary depending on the order date, time, and cut-off point.

Delivery Carriers: Standard shipping orders may be delivered by Royal Mail, or An Post. Your Shipping & Delivery Confirmation Email will specify the carrier and provide tracking details.
Delivery Status: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Any updates about backordered or cancelled items will be sent in a separate email. You can also view your order status online.
