At JustVapeShop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our Warranty & Returns page provides detailed information on our limited warranties and the process for returning or exchanging items.
Limited Warranties
At JustVapeShop, our batteries come with a limited 60-day warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty is void if the battery has been damaged due to mishandling or tampering.
Clearomizers, atomizers, coils, and tanks are consumable items and are not covered under warranty. However, if these items are found to be faulty upon receipt and you notify us within 7 days, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
E-liquids are sold in sealed bottles and are not covered under warranty, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement.
One Year (12 Months) Limited Warranty
Chargers, charging cases, and wall adapter plugs from JustVapeShop come with a one-year (12 months) limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers electrical faults such as failure to charge. However, if the issue is due to user error or mishandling, the warranty will be void.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong product, we offer exchanges provided the item is returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. Return postage and packaging costs must be covered by you. Please contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA Number for a smooth return process.
JustVapeShop reserves the right to change warranty conditions without notice and may refuse returns that do not meet the stated requirements or if the RMA process is not followed. Warranties cover only manufacturing faults and do not extend to damage from wear and tear or user errors.
Conditions of Returns
To return a product, you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number from our Customer Service Team. Unauthorized returns will be disposed of.
Returns must be received within 10 working days of issuing the RMA Number. Items returned outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for testing and dispatching a replacement or issuing a credit. If no fault is found or if user error is determined, no replacement or credit will be issued. You will have 14 days to collect the item before it is disposed of.
JustVapeShop is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring adequate postage is paid.
